We were able to figure out which table I have and what I needed to get it together. Came all the way to Lebanon to set it up and had it done in just a couple hours the first time. Table looks and plays great. The two guys that came were nice and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. When they were done they had us inspect it and showed us how the surface played. Even gave us a run down on the do’s and don’ts of table maintenance. Will for sure use these guys next time too.

We recently purchased a new cover and took our rails in for covering. When we put everything together we realized that two of the rails were a different shade. Contacted them and within a couple of days they came out to our home and took everything apart and replaced the entire covering and rails. Couldn't of been more happy with the service. Top notch!

Although special pads were put down by the installers, I expected the carpet to possibly settle unevenly. It did. I called to ask about getting the table leveled. They came for FREE to do that. Wasn't expecting that. Thank you. Original review: We were treated well when we entered the store and bought a new pool table and an upgraded rack for the cue sticks. Today, 11/8/22, it was delivered and set up. The two men that completed the setup were efficient but did not hurry the process. There was NO mess to clean up when they were done. Regarding the table setup, I was impressed with how careful they were to get the slate level, and they made the joints disappear before the felt went on. Glad we bought from Kinney's.
